个人简历：
中国科学院长春应用化学研究所博士毕业，师从张洪杰院士和李成宇研究员，中国计量大学硕士生导师，主要从事稀土发光材料、稀土新能源固态电池、节能材料、激光照明显示和光电检测仪器等方面研究。曾先后在德国德累斯顿工业大学、弗劳恩霍夫研究所、中科院及高新企业工作，瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院访学经历。
Dr. Fu graduated from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences with a doctor's degree, supervised under Academician Zhang Hongjie and Prof. Li Chengyu, Now is Authored as master's supervisor of the China University of Metrology. Dr. Fu is mainly engaged in the research of rare earth luminescent materials, rare earth new energy solid-state batteries, energy-saving materials, laser lighting display and photoelectric detection instruments. He has successively worked in Dresden University of Technology, Fraunhofer Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences and high-tech enterprises in Germany, and visited the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland.
